Change/Return Policy

Customers who choose www.tiny-shop.gr for their purchases have the right to return the products purchased from our e-shop within 14 days with a full refund of the amount paid. You can return your purchases for any reason, even if you just changed your mind. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

The costs for the return and replacement of a defective product are fully borne by Tiny Shop. Instead, the cost of returning a non-defective product or exchanging it for another one is borne by the customer.

Tiny Shop reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges of products not returned in accordance with the terms below.

Product Return Terms

• All returned products must be in the original condition you received them, with no signs of wear
• The products must have all the tags or accompanying tags that they had without them being torn
